Gillian was absolutely FANTASTIC selling our late parents’ home of 52 years in Redlands, California. She was professional every step of the way and we were nothing but impressed from our initial interview. Gillian came prepared with comps, ideas, timelines, recommendations of construction sub-contractors, etc. In no time at all, Gillian advertised and beautifully staged the home and held a successful Open House. Once offers were being made, Gillian made sure the selling agent and buyer’s loan broker were on top of their game with no excuses for not being on time. Gillian was an absolute pleasure to work with. She is extremely knowledgeable, efficient and professional. She helped us get the perfect property in the neighborhood we wanted and within the time frame we needed to (we were expecting our first baby at the time). She is a great negotiator and was even able to persuade the seller to close escrow earlier than originally planned in order for us to be moved in before our baby was born. Once we found the property we wanted, she moved fast on contacting the seller's agent and helping us submit an offer right away. She was always one step ahead of the process, informing us of what we needed to do next so that we had plenty of time to get things done and meet our deadlines. She was quick to answer any questions we had and kept in constant communication with all parties. As first-time home buyers, we were concerned about it being a very stressful and lengthy process but Gillian helped make it smooth, efficient and an overall enjoyable experience for us.
